WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn
  • Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible For Return/Exchange:

  2. Swimwear
  3. Bodysuits, Jumpsuits, or any one-piece with legs

Exchanges: will be confirmed and shipped when the returned item has been received back.

Returns: are charged a 20% restocking fee.

There are many steps we take to ensure the service and products we provide is within ethical practice, meet hygiene standards, and most importantly, meet our customer's satisfaction. 

  • All orders undergo two quality checks prior to shipping. 
  • If your apparel doesn't pass one of the checks it will be delayed. 
  • We prioritize completing your order correct the first time. 

If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you'll be notified as soon as this is apparent and refunded to your original payment method within 24 hours of notification. 

If you feel you have received a damaged or defective item, please visit our return portal and submit a ticket for damaged item.
